Tim and Louis are currently working on a recording project with Mark Gould, Chris Kommer, and Dave Taylor to record the complete brass quintets by Viktor Ewald. Although these works, staples of the brass quintet literature, have been recorded many times, the goal for this project is to bring a fresh perspective to the Ewald quintets. Tim says, "The group is working hard to erase the common preconseptions associated with these works."  So far, they have recorded the first and fourth quintets; the second and third are planned to be recorded this fall.
